More about Rebecca…

I have been writing poetry since I was a very small child, however for many years writing was a purely private pursuit.

However, since Autumn 2025 I have been actively sharing my work and reading my poems at various events in Skåne, Sweden, and attempting to hone both my writing and performance skills. See my events page for upcoming readings.

I have just begun to submit my work to various magazines and journals for publication.

Alongside this, I have been developing my skill as an illustrator by illustrating my own poems, and also with a project I call ‘the Illustrated Poetry Pharmacy’, where I illustrate lines of poetry sourced from the Poetry Pharmacy’s amazing ‘poetry prescription’ pills (which you can buy here).

In my spare time you will find me simultaneously cooking and singing (yes, this is risky, yes, I sometimes burn the onions) or attempting to read a book instead of doom scrolling.

I have many future planned projects. Watch this space…
